Order Issues / Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order, or you received the wrong item! Please attach an image of the item you received, and describe the issue. I do not offer refunds due to wrongful handling during shipping that resulted in lost, or damaged packages. If you suspect your package is lost, please fill out a claim through the USPS website. If you chose "Standard" ( USPS Ground Advantage) or any variation of "Priority Mail" at checkout, your package includes $100 of shipping insurance. USPS will compensate you for any damages that occurred to your package while in transit up to $100 USD.
If there is any issue with your order, I will work hard to provide a reasonable solution that works for you!♡
Please double-check your address and make sure each required field is filled out completely and correctly. If your item is shipped back due to a mistake in the address given, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Due to the nature of each unique piece, I am unable to offer returns/refunds on shipped items! I am happy to exchange any unshipped item for another item + the difference in cost if applicable. I accept order cancellations within a reasonable timeframe of 24hrs, NO EXCEPTIONS ♡
The chains included in each order are free of charge, and hypoallergenic! ALL chains are either copper or silver plated iron. This means with continuous wear, the plating will eventually wear away. I recommend upgrading to a solid copper chain or sterling silver chain in the future! I do not replace these free chains under any circumstances.
